At Naked Press, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and associated fees.
1. Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – Free Australia-wide.

Express Shipping – $15 flat rate Australia-wide.
2. Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotions.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Areas
At this time, we ship only within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping yet.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.
6. Delivery Issues

Overview - Refund & Return Policy
At Naked Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

In its original condition

In the original packaging
However, we understand that with products such as essential oils, carrier oils and personal care products, individual expectations regarding scent, quality, or suitability may vary.
If you believe that a product does not meet your expectations, or is unsuitable for your intended use upon initial testing, please contact us.
We are happy to assess your return request on a case-by-case basis in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and Australian Consumer Law.
We also accept returns if you have ordered the wrong product in error.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned items and to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns process.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

We currently do not designate any products as final sale.
